Dr. Dauphine Sisk-Wambles, OTD

Owner/Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Dr. Dauphine Sisk-Wambles is the founder of Dayshine Therapy & Wellness, PLLC and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting children and families through occupational therapy grounded in movement, connection, and nature. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Development in 1996 and her Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in 2005.

Her work is guided by Dayshine’s mission to restore movement, connection, and nature to daily life through play-based programs, caregiver education, and therapeutic services.

Dr. Sisk-Wambles specializes in early developmental optimization, sensory processing, reflex integration, and relationship-centered intervention. She prioritizes intensive, personalized care designed to address root causes, support efficient nervous system organization, and create meaningful change within a defined timeframe.Dr. Sisk-Wambles believes children thrive when play is protected, relationships come first, and support is offered at the right time. Her approach honors both developmental science and the essential role of caregivers in building resilient, confident, and capable children.

Sierra Hawkins Atherton, OTR/L, CLC, ITFC

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Sierra Hawkins Atherton is a pediatric occupational therapist and mother dedicated to supporting infants, toddlers, and their families through early, relationship-centered care. Her work reflects Dayshine’s mission to restore movement and connection to daily life by strengthening the foundational experiences that shape lifelong development.

Sierra specializes in early developmental support, feeding therapy, sensory organization, and caregiver-guided intervention. She prioritizes attachment, regulation, and attuned interaction, recognizing the infant–caregiver relationship as central to nervous system organization and functional growth.

Her clinical focus includes oral motor development, reflex integration foundations, early movement optimization, and lactation-informed feeding support. She is SOS-trained in feeding therapy, a Certified Lactation Counselor, and a Certified Tummy Time Method Instructor, and is completing advanced training to support families through pre- and post-frenectomy care.

Sierra partners closely with families to provide intentional, personalized care that supports meaningful progress in everyday life.
